Personally, I would not put children on the stationary bikes. I believe that they are more likely to get hurt. Kids are usually so active, that I would think that they would do much better in an aerobic type class.
Any other thoughts?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the risks/benefits associated with cardiovascular exercise in youths (particularly stationary bikes in ages 4-16)? Is there anything I need to watch out for specifically?
Any other info you may have on cardiovascular training in youth would be greatly appreciated, as well.
Thanks and Happy 4th!
-Dani
